The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is a top-rated luxury resort for family vacations in Hawaii. Located in Poipu overlooking Keoneloa Bay Bay, the Grand Hyatt Kauai doesn't get the strong trade winds that the famous Princeville Resort or Hanalei Bay on the north shore are subjected to. The resultant warm tropical breezes are tolerable for children, and the setup of the resort is incredibly family friendly. It is most highly recommended for a family vacation in Kauai. As with many luxury resorts, there are certain fees that are hard to avoid (such as paying for daily internet access). The food and drink prices are high, but equivalent to other luxury resorts in Hawaii.
